MUSIC IS MY LIFE
For me, music is life. It’s the force that opened my eyes to the rhythm in everything—the streets, the people, the way light moves through a camera lens. Music has shaped my journey in ways I never imagined, unlocking endless possibilities and fueling my passion for storytelling through sound and visuals alike.
I started with the accordion, but my love for music pushed me further—into producing, performing, and creating experiences that leave a lasting mark. Playing on countless stages with Malabi Tropical, I honed the art of improvisation, reading the crowd, and making people dance and smile in a way they’ll never forget.
Beyond live performances, I’ve produced my own hip-hop show, La Kombina Sound System, blending cultures and sounds into something unique and electrifying. In recent years, my exploration has led me deeper into the world of synths and electronic music, where I continue to push creative boundaries and experiment with new sonic landscapes.

MALABI TROPICAL
Founded in 2014, Malabi Tropical fused tropical rhythms like cumbia and salsa with Middle Eastern, Balkan, and Greek melodies, creating a unique, high-energy sound. The band performed at festivals worldwide, as well as weddings and private events, turning every show into a vibrant celebration of rhythm and culture.
LA KOMBINA SOUND SYSTEM
Founded in 2017, La Kombina Sound System blends West Coast hip-hop with Greek, Balkan melodies and Latin rhythms, creating a dynamic fusion of sounds. With catchy choruses and lyrics in Spanish, English, French, and Russian, the show is a high-energy experience where I sing, dance, and give the crowd everything I’ve got.
URI YIDA & THE TROPICAL GROOVE
With my accordion and charango, I lead a high-energy live band, bringing an explosion of Latin, calypso, reggae, and rock ‘n’ roll to the stage. Backed by a drummer, bassist, and often a guitarist and brass section, we create an infectious, feel-good sound that gets people moving. My original songs are full of rhythm and warmth, turning every performance into a tropical celebration where the energy is contagious, the melodies are uplifting, and the crowd always leaves with a smile.
ELECTRO KOMBINA
Since 2022, I’ve embraced synths as a new form of musical expression, diving deep into the world of techno and electronic sound design. With Electro Kombina, I created a live set where my focus is purely on manipulating sound, crafting immersive beats and textures that take the audience on a hypnotic, rhythmic journey.
